Fave Supplies
I think it’s fun to see what people’s go to fountain pen and stationery supplies are. So here are mine! I’ll try to update this periodically as I try new things.

Fountain Pens

Pilot Kakuno (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - The Pilot Kakuno will always be my recommendation for beginner fountain pen users that enjoy a really fine tip. The Pilot extra fine and fine nibs are amazing! The smiley face on the nib and fun colors are a nice touch too.
TWSBI Eco (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - The TWSBI Eco is my top recommendation for an internal piston fountain pen. The TWSBI Eco comes in fun colors and a variety of nib sizes. It’s especially perfect for people that enjoy specialty inks. TWSBI pens can be taken apart by the user, which makes them easier to clean.
Esterbrook Estie (Esterbrook | Atlas Stationers) - The Esterbrook Estie is one of my favorite pens primarily because of Esterbrook’s Custom Nib Program. The Custom Nib Program works with nib misters to provide custom nib grinds to customers that cannot easily visit nib misters themselves at Pen Shows. They currently offer a Journaler nib, Scrib nib, Needlepoint nib, Techo nib, and Mini Stub nib. (Click here for a review on the Mini Stub nib.)
Pilot Custom 823 (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - The Pilot Custom 823 is grail pen worthy! It’s very pricey but is the perfect pen for a daily writer. The vacuum filling mechanism can be more difficult to clean, but it holds so much ink. It’s perfect for people that hate filling and cleaning their pens often. & The Pilot gold nib is by far my favorite nib that I own.
Asvine V126 (Amazon) - This is a great dupe of the Pilot Custom 823 and very affordable by comparison. I enjoy writing with it, but it’s not as smooth or fine as my Pilot Custom 823.
Fountain Pen Inks

DeAtramentis Document Black (Atlas Stationers) - This is my current go to permanent black ink.
Diamine Earl Grey (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - This is my current go to gray ink. I almost always have this in my Pilot Custom 823.
Notebooks and Planners
Atlas Stationers Discount Code: AMY10 for 10% off most items at Atlas Stationers.
Leuchtturm1917 (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - Leuchtturm1917 is my go to notebook when I want a dot grid layout. I love both the hard cover and soft cover versions, and the fact that it has page numbers is a very nice touch. I understand why so many bullet journalers use this notebook. Personally, I prefer the 80 gsm over the 120 gsm.
Stalogy Editor Series 365 A5 Size (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - The Stalogy Editor Series 365 in the A5 size has my favorite grid of all the notebooks out there. It’s a light gray, 4mm grid that’s absolute perfection! It comes in both a full year and a half year. I wish all their notebook sizes came with a 4mm grid. I will note that the dot grid layout was light for me.
Hobonichi Weeks (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - The Hobonichi Weeks is the planner I pick up every year. I don’t use it for the entire year, but it’s my comfort planner. I always end up in one when I feel overwhelmed with everything. & Tomoe River Paper is still some of the best for showcasing specialty inks.
Notebook Therapy (Notebook Therapy, Discount Code: AYA10 for 10% off) - If I’m looking to use a notebook with a higher gsm, Notebook Therapy is my notebook of choice. It works decently with fountain pens and has zero ghosting with its 160 gsm paper. Plus they have some really fun designs.
Traveler’s Company (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - I love the Traveler’s Notebook system! It’s one of my favorite systems to use as a personal journal, and it’s great for travel as well. If you haven’t tried a Traveler’s Notebook yet, I highly recommend it if you enjoy leather journal covers.
Maruman (Amazon | Atlas Stationers) - Maruman paper is great with fountain pens. I love to use their Mnemosyne spiral notebooks and note pads for fountain pen and ink tests. Currently, I’m using their Mini Binder (Amazon | JetPens) to create a fountain pen ink swatch book.
Other Things
Libro.fm - Libro.fm is my go to place to purchase audiobooks. The audiobooks are DRM free, which means you actually own the audiobook file opposed to having a license to use the audiobook file. Purchasing audiobooks through Libro.fm also supports independent bookstores! If you enjoy audiobooks, I hope you check them out.
Kindle Paperwhite (Amazon) - I love all formats of books, but I read ebooks the most. They’re just so convenient, especially when reading before bed. I personally own the obsolete Kindle Oasis, but I highly recommend the Kindle Paperwhite. Reading on an e-ink device is superior to reading on a traditional tablet, in my opinion. There’s definitely less eye strain.
Supernote Nomad (Supernote) - I really love the Supernote as an e-ink tablet. The Nomad, in particular, is very convenient and portable with a writing area approximately the size of an A6 page. I highly recommend this if you want something you can take notes on and read ebooks on. The Supernote Nomad does offer the Kindle app for reading Kindle ebooks. (Click here for my full review.)
Bose Ultra Open Earbuds (Amazon | Bose) - Bose earbuds are pricey, but I love my Ultra Open Earbuds. I think anyone that enjoys listening to music, audiobooks, or podcasts and needs to be able to hear their surroundings should check out the Bose Open Earbuds. It’s superior to any transparency mode in my opinion, and they’re perfect for the workplace if you’re able to listen to music while at work.
